Boneless, Skinless Fresh Ham

Fresh ham has not been cured or smoked. You can cook a fresh ham the same way that you would a Boston Butt but you will find that it tends to be a much more tender cut of meat. One of our favorite ways to eat this is with a Maple-Balsamic glaze!

Fresh hams are also great for the smoking fanatics!
